Coronado Public Library, in partnership with the Coronado Island Film Festival, presents FILM FORUM CORONADO, taking place the first and third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 in the Winn Room. Film expert Ralph DeLauro provides a brief introduction to each film and leads a discussion afterwards, often including pointers about how lighting or camera angles contribute to a scene’s mood or propel the story.

December 1 - “FINDING YOUR FEET” (2018, 111 minutes)

Everyone deserves a second dance. Filled with laughter, romance, mid-life awakenings and dancing, this rousing crowd-pleaser focuses on a posh society wife (Imelda Staunton) forced to take refuge with her free-spirited, estranged sister (Celia Imrie) after discovering her husband’s affair. Co-starring Timothy Spall and Joanna Lumley.
