Through Their Eyes: A Biography & Memoir Book Club 

We will be reading and discussing Fly Girls: How Five Daring Women Defied All Odds and Made Aviation History by Keith O'Brien. This book is a group biography of five remarkable women: Florence Klingensmith, Ruth Elder, Amelia Earhart, Ruth Nichols, and Louise Thaden. They fought to compete against men in the high-stakes national air races of the 1920s and 1930s - and won. This is their story.
