Reserve a Room

The library makes meeting and study spaces available to patrons as part of our mission to be a community hub for the people we serve. Our meeting rooms are intended for cultural and educational events that are free and open to the public. Only Coronado-based non-profits and HOAs can make a private booking in the Winn or Ruby Room. However, the Conference Room (seats 12) can be booked for private meetings.

• No for-profit activities, including sales pitches or purchases, may take place on library property.
• The Winn Room may be reserved up to 3 months in advance. The Conference Room may be reserved 1 month in advance.
