Reserve a Room

The library makes meeting and study spaces available to patrons as part of our mission to be a community hub for the people we serve. There is no fee to use library meeting spaces. Library rooms may only be used for non-profit uses. All uses must be free to attend. No sales, marketing or solicitation for donations may occur. To book a room:

  • Review spaces and select an available time.
  • Review and agree to abide by full Library room booking policies.
  • Fill-in use details.
  • For Winn Room bookings, provide a Certificate of Insurance ($1,000,000) with an Additional Insured Endorsement naming the City of Coronado within 7 days.Effective for all bookings after July 1, 2024.
