San Diego Blood Bank will be holding a blood drive from 10:00-3:30. Please consider donating.

Someone needs blood every 2 seconds.
4.5 million Americans will need a blood transfusion each year.
Donating 1 pint of blood can save up to 3 lives!
38% of the American population is eligible to donate, but only a small percentage donates.
Blood is essential for cancer treatments, surgeries, chronic illness & traumatic injuries.
Blood cannot be manufactured outside the body and can only be stored for short periods making the need constant.
