Coronado Community READ Event: Flight & Feathers-Meet Two Birds of Prey

Join us as we kick off the 2026 Coronado Community READ with Flight and Feathers presented by the Agua Hedionda Lagoon Foundation. In this live presentation featuring two magnificent birds of prey, a falcon and an owl, expert handlers will share fascinating insights into their behavior, biology, and conservation. The 40-minute program will include approximately 20 minutes with each raptor, followed by a 20-minute Q&A where you can ask your own questions about these incredible birds.

This event is presented by the Agua Hedionda Lagoon Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to energizing the community through environmental education and outreach while preserving the Agua Hedionda Lagoon as a healthy, accessible watershed for wildlife and people alike.
