Program Description

Event Details

The City of Coronado has begun a sea level rise planning process, consisting of a Vulnerability Assessment and Adaptation Plan. The Vulnerability Assessment identifies areas in Coronado that are subject to projected sea level rise and associated hazards. The Adaptation Plan will then provide a variety of possible strategies and approaches that the City can use to plan for and address impacts identified by the Vulnerability Assessment. Join Jane Thornton, Associate Planner, to learn about the recently completed Draft Vulnerability Assessment. Please note that this presentation is a repeat of the City’s presentation from July 29.

For more information about this project, head to Comment Coronado. Presented in partnership with Emerald Keepers.

This talk will be recorded and available for on demand viewing on the Library's Facebook and Youtube pages following the event.
