Jamie Ford is an American author best known for his debut novel, Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet, which spent 130 weeks on the New York Times Best Seller list, won awards and was named the #1 Book Club Pick for Fall 2009/Winter 2010 by the American Booksellers Association. Ford will be discussing his new book, The Many Daughters of Afong Moy, which will be released on July 27, days before his Coronado appearance.

The $40 ticket includes lunch and a hardcover copy of the book. Proceeds support free programs at the library such as lectures, workshops, classes, concerts and children's programs. The talk will be followed by a Q&A session and a chance to have the author sign books. This event is in partnership with Warwick's Bookstore.
