Event Details
Discover a new favorite spice or herb with the Coronado Public Library! Each month, the library invites community members to explore different spices used in dishes around the world. Registrants will pick up the monthly spice/herb selection at the library, cook with it, and join other food enthusiasts to talk about what they made and their thoughts about the spice.
For March we will explore cooking and baking with green cardamom pods and seeds.
The meeting will be held, on Zoom, on Friday, March 24 at 2:30 p.m. The Zoom link will be emailed the day before we meet. Once registered, participants will receive an email about when to pick to pick up their sample of cardamom pods and a couple of recipes. This program is a great way to try new ingredients in your dishes and become a more confident cook in the kitchen!
