Event Details

Youth ages 8-18 are invited to participate in this year's Youth Chess Tournament. Not only can youth showcase their skills and passion for chess, but they will also have an opportunity to meet Chess Grandmaster Vasif Durarbayli! Sign up is required, see below.

Schedule:

9:30 a.m. check-in.

10 Welcome/Introductions.

10:30-Noon. Matches (English style)

Noon-12:30 p.m. Lunch (provided).

12:30-2 Matches

2:15 Awards and announcements.

2:30 Wrap-up.

This event is in partnership with the Global Neighborhood Project (GNP) with collaboration from the Republic of Azerbaijan. The GNP is a nonprofit organization that partners with neighborhoods around the world to connect people and cultures.
