Healthy living doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. If you’ve ever struggled with figuring out what actually matters, staying consistent, or feeling stuck in an all-or-nothing cycle, this interactive session will give you a new approach.

Teens: come get creative with clay. Follow along with suggested projects or make something completely unique.
