Saturday Art Class for Kids takes place twice a month. Starting in January, it will take place from  11a.m. to 12p.m. in the Ruby Room.

Come play with some clay! This bimonthly program provides two chances to create a work of art using quick dry clay. This month, Ms. Wendy will be guiding you in creating a Polar Bear.*

For this activity we will experiment with different recipes to make “snow” to determine which one is the best or the most snow-like.

Construct, craft, and create at our twice-monthly S.T.E.A.M. activity for teens! This in-person program takes place on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at 3:30 pm.

Celebrate Black History Month by learning about Katherine Johnson who was a mathematician at NASA during the Space Race.

Cut & Paste: Make analog art with discarded Library materials! Make a collage, a smash book, a scrap book, a zine, a Valentine's card! Freeform arts and crafts with supplies and SNACKS provided by the Library.

Do you like both, arts and science? Then this is the perfect activity for you! We will create beautiful marbled paper cards and practice science at the same time! The only materials you need are shaving cream and paint!

Feeling crafty? Join us on the 2nd Tuesday of every month for arts and crafts.

Celebrate President's Day by making penny spinners with us! A penny spinner is essentially a spinning top, but it’s also a neat way to explore STEM and learn about spinning forces with this handmade toy. 

Come play & create with LEGOs! Creations are displayed in our library exhibit every week! Your challenge this week is to build a heart.
